Create a VISION Account
Air Force & Space Force
VISION uses Platform One for SSO. In order to set up your VISION profile, you must have a Platform One account that is connected to your DOD CAC.
- Click here to create your Platform One account
- Heads up! You must use your .mil email. If you don't see your verification email, check your spam folder.
- Navigate to https://vision.il4.afwerx.dso.mil/initiatives/explore
- When you navigate to the application for the first time, you will set up your VISION profile details.
Army
VISION uses Platform One for SSO. In order to set up your VISION profile, you must have a Platform One account that is connected to your DOD CAC.

- Navigate to https://vision.il4.afwerx.dso.mil/initiatives/explore
- When you navigate to the application for the first time, you will set up your VISION profile details.
- Leave the MAJCOM field blank and select from one of the following as your organization (currently the only available options for Army pending additions)
- 18th Airborne
- AFC-AAL
- JSOC
- SOCOM
If you've followed the steps above and are still unable to access VISION, it's possible you are attempting to access it from a computer that is not on an approved network (or connected via VPN). If so, you'll need to use this link to access the application moving forward. You will still login using your Platform One credentials.
Navy
VISION uses Platform One for SSO. In order to set up your VISION profile, you must have a Platform One account that is connected to your DOD CAC.
- Click here to create your Platform One account
- Heads up! You must use your .mil email. If you don't see your verification email, check your spam folder.
- Click here to set up your VISION profile and start using VISION!
- While setting up your VISION profile, leave the MAJCOM field blank and select your Command level organization

If so, you'll need to use this link to access the application moving forward. You will still login using your Platform One credentials.
Non-Government computer access
If you are accessing VISION from a computer that is not on the DoD network (or connected via VPN), or if you do not have access to VISION after following the steps for your specific organization please follow the process below
Setup AppGate
Download AppGate from one of the links below:
During installation process select Use Profile Link in the Create Profile window and then click below to copy the link.

- Paste the link in the Profile Link field
- Click Submit
- Click Connect to Appgate SDP in the Profile Created window
- Click Sign in with Provider and you will login with your Platform One credentials
